Two (2) options on how to access your Avast Business Security
Option #1: From you Task Bar you can see the color orange Avast icon then double click it.
If Avast icon is hidden click the caret sign (^) pointing upward arrow
Option #2: Press your Windows key on your keyboard
Type “avast” then click “Avast Business Security”
In this example, I will use option #1 for demo.
- From your taskbar, double click the Avast icon
- Click “Protection”
- Click “Virus Scan”
4. From Virus Scans Menu under “Other Scan”
- Select “Full Virus Scan”
5. Wait full scan to complete 100%
If found any malware (virus, worms, Trojan, rootkits, spyware, ransomware etc.) or infected files take screen shot and attached to the ticket for further checking and analysis.
