How to Run Splashtop as Administrator

Applicable for Windows Users Only:

1. Go to https://psiremote.com/

2. Click the Windows logo as shown below image

3. Click the “^” arrow head pointing upward > Right Click > select Show in folder

3. Under your downloads you will see the “SplashtopSOS.exe” as show in the image below

4. Right Click > Run as Administrator

5. Select “YES”

6. Send back to us the 9 digit code you will see and do not close it.

Please do not screenshot the whole image when sending the code.

Just copy the code by simply clicking the icon shown below picture

IMPORTANT!!!

Running as Administrator will give us a full access to your workstation.
