1. Login to MS O365 login portal
Please click the URL: https://login.microsoftonline.com/
Input your password and click next…
2. from the upper left of the web page
> click 9 dots
> Then select SharePoint
3. Select the site you have access permission granted.
Note: Access may different depend on your account permission.
4. Sync your selected site as shown in the picture below.
Note: This will sync the entire content of the “Documents” as the parent folder.
Action Needed: We need to click number 2 “SYNC”
How to check if your OneDrive is up to date?
On your taskbar (lower right) , hover the mouse cursor on top of one drive icon and it must show “Up to date” as shown in the picture below.
How to check if your files are completely sync?

How to Reset your OneDrive in Windows Machine
1. Press WinKey + R on your keyboard
This will open a Run dialog box.
2. In the Run box type “%localappdata%\Microsoft\OneDrive\onedrive.exe /reset” then click “OK”
It will reset the OneDrive and automatically sign you IN.

Characters not allowed to use in naming files or folders in OneDrive
If everything’s mentioned above still not working, try to “sign out” from your MS Office365 portal or OneDrive and sign in back to make sure your password is correct or not expired.
