1. Go to Edit > Preferences
2. Go to General > uncheck 2 items shown below picture then save
If still doesn’t work…
Please go to psiremote.com and then click on the Windows or Mac based support links. Once the appropriate application has been downloaded please open it (if prompted to allow please answer yes for Windows computers) and then reply back with the 9 digit code so the technician can remotely assist you. Please do not close the application after. For Mac based computers there may be some additional steps required that are demonstrated on the screen, please follow them all.
